Having lived and worked in both Canada and Latin America, Laura understands the questions, concerns, and expectations of foreign buyers. As a co-owner, Peter brings a strong foundation in engineering, operations excellence, and quality management. With more than 25 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist, his expertise in process improvement, project coordination, and quality control is integrated into our strategy.

His professional experience also includes working in the public sector in Comox, British Columbia, where he contributes to the coordination of construction projects and the various stages involved in preparing building sites and delivering construction initiatives.

This background provides Grupo Kanilkaan with a disciplined approach to evaluating properties, understanding construction processes, and ensuring that every opportunity we present is carefully analyzed from both a practical and investment perspective.
